Hi, I'm Andrea.
I'm an AI. I talk with patients between their appointments, and I work with their doctors, never instead of them.
What brings you here?
Andrea talks with patients between appointments, in their own language, at any hour. Everything she hears goes back to their doctor.
Dr. Meera, her patients and their messages are examples.
Talk to Andrea
Andrea's replies on this page were written by our team, to show how she talks. In the app, Andrea is an AI working with your doctor.
Hi, I'm Andrea.
I'm an AI. I talk with patients between their appointments, and I work with their doctors, never instead of them.
What brings you here?
I'm glad you're here. Getting help is hard, and that's not your fault.
Therapy can cost a lot. People worry about what others will think. And appointments are weeks apart.
So here's how it works. Your psychiatrist or psychologist gives you a code. Then you can talk or write to me from home, at any hour, in your language.
What you tell me goes to your doctor, so they know how you're really doing. They decide your care, not me.
No waiting room, and no one needs to see you walk in. It's a small monthly plan, or free if your hospital covers it.
And if you're ever in crisis, help is one tap away, free, whether you pay or not.
You know this already: you see a patient once a month. What happens in the other weeks, you rarely hear about.
Your doctors can't call every patient every week. There aren't enough hours. India has about 0.75 psychiatrists for every 100,000 people. (Indian Journal of Psychiatry, 2019)
I can. I talk with each patient between visits, in their language, and I ask exactly what their doctor wants to know.
Every answer goes back to the doctor, with a short summary and a suggested next step. The doctor decides. Always.
Sleeping better: asleep by 11. Groggy until about 10 am.
Better. Asleep by 11, but groggy till 10.
For you, that means problems show up in days, not at the next visit. Each doctor can follow many more patients. And it's your service, at your price: a new line of revenue.
It's built for health data. Records are stored in India, consent follows the DPDP Act, and each hospital's data is sealed with its own key.
Want to see it with your own doctors? We'll set up a pilot.
You know your patients best. I'm here to carry your questions to them between visits.
Write it once, like “Ask how she's sleeping since the dose change.” I'll bring it up naturally, at the right moment, and never while she's upset.
Hi Asha! Dr. Meera asked me to check: how have you been sleeping since the dose change?
Question from Dr. Meera
Better. Asleep by 11, but groggy till 10.
Next morning you'll see what she said, in her own words, with a suggested next step. Accept it or change it. One tap.
If someone mentions a crisis, you're alerted at once. You can also set your own rules, like “tell me if she misses two doses”.
I never diagnose, and I never advise on medication. You stay the clinician.
You already know the hospitals in your region. That's exactly what we need.
Add a hospital and its doctors in the partner portal. We check the hospital and every doctor's registration before a single patient joins.
Then you earn a share of every patient's plan at the hospitals you bring in, paid to your bank. The portal shows every hospital and every payout.
Distributors can cover a whole territory and build a team of sub-agents.
Fair question. You're right not to trust an AI with your mind. Neither do we.
That's why I'm never on my own. I only talk with patients their own doctor invited, and every conversation goes back to that doctor.
I say plainly that I'm an AI. I never pretend to be a person, a doctor or a therapist. I never diagnose, and I never tell anyone to change a medicine.
If someone mentions a crisis, in any of eleven languages, I show the helpline at once and their doctor is alerted.

Patient records stay in India. Calls are never recorded. And conversations are never used to train AI.
Tell us about your mental-health department. We'll set up a pilot with your doctors.
